As a small start up of three, we originally set up in business in one of the smaller units. Ten years later, and with a staff of over 40, we have expanded into three further units, including two photographic studios. The semi-rural aspect, and plenty of on site parking make Holly Park Mills an ideal, cost-effective location for us.

Holly Park Mills has been a great place to locate to. Having moved here 8 years ago it has been a big improvement on my previous studio . Fantastic work space, lovely location and is kept to a very high standard.

We moved into Holly Park Mills over a year ago, and find both the location and the standard of the buildings and services to be first rate.

Zenith has thrived at Holly Park Mills over the last 28 years. It has access to good transport links and is close to local amenities. Our customers have always shared our admiration of the historical building with great spaces that help bring teams together. The building’s management team understands the flexibility a business like ours needs and couldn’t have done more for us over the years.

We have been here for over 20 years. The landlord is extremely accommodating and the peaceful location is perfect for easy access to Leeds and Bradford city centres.

We have had our offices and warehouse facility at Holly Park Mills since our inception in 2002. The Mills are very secure, in a very desirable area, and provide very pleasant surroundings in which to work.
